Bringing the insights of meditation training and Buddhist philosophy into our creative work, providing a forum for spiritual artists to share ideas and practice, and establishing connections with New York's broader artistic community.

Activism
Using meditation practice and compassionate organizing techniques to engage in issues of responsible consumption and ecology, peace movements, and community service through the lens of interdependence - that nothing exists in a vacuum.

"It is my deep and sincere desire to transform our collective fixation on "independence" (as in today's holiday, celebrating the founding of the United States of America), to one of "interdependence." I would hope that, as an "American" and citizen of the USA, I will see the day where, not only have we elected an African-American president, but we have transformed the nature of our identity. It is imperative that we move beyond our identity founded on protecting land-obsessed boundaries to one of committing to collective social and economic interdependence, spiritual awakening and harmony." -- Chris "Kanude" Knudson, July 2009
