The visual arts group is going to be "practice" focused with emphasis on spontaneity and direct response to words, images, physical sensation. We will start with a 20 minute meditation session and then there will be a series of timed exercises done in sketchbooks. Bring a sketchbook or other paper to work on and any media you might want to work with, pens, pencils, collage materials, glue.

People brand-new to meditation also welcome!
