These classes and discussion groups focus on some the fundamentals of meditation techniques, covering many philosophical topics inspired by the Buddhist and other contemporary artistic, cultural, and philosophical traditions. In each class we explore the overarching theme of interdependence - that nothing exists in a vacuum - in 21st century life.

Each class begins with guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practice or other contemplative techniques, followed by a talk and discussion. Beginners to meditation welcome. For those attending regularly, there will be a list of suggested readings and suggested meditation practice. Email for a list of topics and suggested readings.
