Our June classes involve a deeper level of understanding for our advanced students.

You get a personalized meditation and guidance with the advanced classes, focusing on posture – knowing where to start with improvements in posture and a step by step walk through of postures that allow you to be both alert and relaxed.

You’ll learn the mindfulness of breathing and how it helps you calm your mind so that you can reduce the inner chatter. You’ll learn how to pay attention, while listening to the internal peacefulness.

You’ll learn how to develop a kind of lovingness never had before, also referred to as metta bhavana. This method teaches you how to become more emotionally positive and you’ll learn to be a kinder version of yourself. Someone that is more patient, more understanding and you’ll especially learn how to be more considerate of others as well.

Finally you’ll learn walking meditation which is a great way to bring additional meditation to your everyday life. Especially when walking the streets of NYC.
