Susan Piver is the

and the new book, How Not to Be Afraid of Your Own Life,
which offers insight and information from Buddhism about conquering
the fears that hold you back. Piver is a graduate of a Buddhist
seminary and and authorized meditation instructor in the Shambhala
Buddhist lineage.
