This
day will focus on deepening our understanding of interdependence.
What does it mean that nothing happens in a vacuum. How can meditation
help us recognize this and best utilize the insights that come
from that recognition? The day will include guided sitting and
walking meditation, talks, discussion, and two short yoga practices.
