This day will focus on deepening our understanding and practice of mindfulness meditation, especially as it relates to working with the force of anger. What is anger, anyway? Is it entirely destructive? Is it sometimes justified? How do we use it effectively? The day will include guided sitting and walking meditation, talks, discussion, and two short yoga practices.

Rough Schedule:

10-11am: Guided Instruction in Sitting and Walking Meditation
11am-12noon Sitting and Walking Meditation
12-12:15pm Yoga Break
12:15-1pm Meditation and Walking Meditation
1-3pm Outdoor Walking Meditation
3-4:15pm Guided Instruction, Anger Meditation
4:15-4:30 Yoga Break
4:30 - 6pm Lecture and Discussion
